How do I choose the right foundation for my skin tone and skin type?
We have 2 foundations - Fresh Skin & Perfect Skin
Ayu Fresh Skin Foundation has light to medium coverage and a dewy finish.
Ayu Perfect Skin Foundation has medium to full coverage and a matte finish.
Both of our foundations include Hyaluronic Acid which hydrates your skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
See below some determining factors to consider when choosing your Ayu foundation:
The undertone of your skin will determine the shades of foundations suited to you. If you have a:
Cool Undertone – Your skins hue is Red/Pink, you burn easily in the sun, your veins appear blue/purple
Neutral Undertone – Your skins hue has a balance of red and yellow, you tan slightly in the sun, your veins appear blue and green
Warm Undertone – Your skins hue is yellow, peach, golden, you tank easily, your veins appear green.
The following are our foundation tones:
3 – Cool
3.5 – Neutral
4 – Cool
4.5 – Neutral
5 – Warm
5.5 – Warm

Which concealer should I choose?
We have 4 shades of concealer.
We would advise you to choose an undereye concealer best suited to your undereye skin tone
Our Light 1 and Medium 3 concealer have yellow undertones to conceal redness around the eyes.
Our Light/Medium 2 and Medium/Tan 4 concealers have pink undertones to conceal dark circles around the eyes.

How can I get the most out of my Ayu concealer?
On average your concealer should last you approximately 6-8 weeks depending on your individual usage. This varies from person to person depending on your usage habits.
Here are some tips to get the most out of your concealer:
Only half a twist at a time is needed – a few twists are needed when nursing the concealer for the first time
A little goes a long way
Always blend with the concealer brush as this makes the product last longer

How can I care for my Ayu brushes?
We would suggest washing your brush often (Suzie recommends once a week) as sometimes the product can get stuck down between the fibres of the brush and dry out, causing the brush to shed. I bought the Glow Easy Trio but I am not sure how to use them.
All tubes are 12ml and the consistency of the liquid in each of the tubes are different. Each tube needs to have a certain amount of air in it, depending on the liquid in them because if there is too much product and not enough air, the product would explode over the sponge. There is a clear window at the back of each tube to show you how much product is left inside.

Should I choose pink or peach in the blush and bronze palette?
Pink is the shade most people with fair skin blush, so as a blush, it looks the most natural. On fair skin, baby pink will give a subtle and fresh flush to the cheeks.
Peach blush is the most universally flattering, can't-go-wrong blush shade so will suit everyone whether you have a fair, medium or dark complexion. Peach tones warm up the skin and create a natural warmth to the face.

How do you send my order?
If you order is going to Ireland or Northern Ireland, your order will be sent by DPD and DPD will send you updates to your phone. If your order is going to the USA or Canada, it will be sent by An Post and then it will be looked after by your National Postal service.
I am trying to order online and I get a message to say the order cannot be shipped to my address, what can I do?
